Information we collect
TownCircles may collect account information, contact information, business details, town and category selections, application information, member posts, direct messages, and information needed to operate memberships.
How we use information
We use information to review applications, manage category seats, operate Town Circles, provide business profiles, enable member communications, prevent abuse, provide support, and administer memberships.
Payments
When recurring billing is enabled, payment checkout is handled by Stripe. TownCircles does not store full payment card numbers on this website. Stripe processes payment information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Private member content
Private Circle posts and member messages are intended for authorized TownCircles members, but no online service can guarantee absolute confidentiality. Members should not post passwords, payment-card details, sensitive personal information, or information they are not authorized to share.
Sharing
We do not sell member contact information as a data product. Information may be shared with service providers needed to operate the platform, when required by law, or when needed to protect the platform and its users.
