Basic rules for using TownCircles and participating in a local business circle.

Membership and category seats
TownCircles may limit each Town Circle to one approved business per category. Applications are reviewed and acceptance is not guaranteed. Category labels and boundaries are determined by TownCircles.
Business information
Members are responsible for providing accurate business information and maintaining any licenses, insurance, registrations, or permissions required for their work. TownCircles approval is not a guarantee, warranty, certification, or endorsement of a member’s services.
Member conduct
Members may not use the platform for harassment, unlawful activity, spam, deceptive practices, scraping, credential sharing, or posting confidential information without authorization. TownCircles may moderate or remove content and suspend accounts to protect the community.
Referrals and transactions
Referrals, introductions, recommendations, and business transactions are between the participating members and customers. Members are responsible for evaluating opportunities and agreements independently.
Membership fees
When paid membership is enabled, recurring fees and billing terms are presented at checkout. Cancellation changes future access according to the membership status recorded by TownCircles and its payment processor.
Circle Leader and Admin roles
Primary Circle Admin (Circle Leader) and additional Circle Admin roles are subject to TownCircles Super Admin approval, platform rules, and any separate administrator agreement. Administrative access may be changed or revoked to protect the community.
Circle Leader Program
Approved Primary Circle Admins may participate in the TownCircles Circle Leader Program. Complimentary platform access applies only while the participant remains the approved Circle Leader. Eligibility for compensation depends on Circle growth, participation, community health, compliance with TownCircles standards, and Super Admin review. Compensation is not earned per member approval and is not guaranteed merely by holding the role. Program details may be supplemented by a separate written agreement.
Changes and enforcement
TownCircles may update platform features, category structures, community rules, and these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance of revised terms where permitted by law.
